The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PMLEON LLC, the company that operates the PMLEON brand and this website.

PMLEON uses technology provided by Shopify to operate this online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and related services available through the site (the “Services”).

The following terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

Due to the handcrafted nature of certain PMLEON pieces, slight variations may occur between products. These characteristics are part of the artisanal process and, when they do not affect the functionality, integrity, or essential characteristics of the piece, do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Measurements and other specifications provided on product pages should be carefully reviewed before making a purchase.

Product descriptions, availability, and features may be updated when necessary. We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit available quantities, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase.

PMLEON reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order when there is a legitimate reason to do so, including, but not limited to, availability issues, obvious errors in pricing or product information, payment-related issues, or reasonable suspicions of fraud.

Payment must be properly authorized and processed in order to complete the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the product, size, measurements, quantity, shipping address, and all other information before completing the purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, you must contact us as soon as possible at pmleonjewelry@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.

Requests for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be handled in accordance with our current Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 4 – PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without prior notice.

The applicable price will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious error requiring correction in accordance with applicable law.

Applicable taxes and any shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information.

You also represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay the amount associated with the order, including any applicable taxes and charges disclosed before completing the purchase.

SECTION 5 – PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Currently, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or during exceptional periods.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, periods of high demand, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond PMLEON’s reasonable control.

Once an order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.

If an order experiences a significant delay, is lost, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us at pmleonjewelry@gmail.com so that we can review the situation and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to determine the next steps.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of our Services, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, images, videos, graphics, designs, logos, trade names, product names, slogans, visual elements, and other original PMLEON content, is owned by PMLEON LLC or used with appropriate authorization, as applicable.

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use our Services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Unless previously authorized in writing by PMLEON LLC or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit our content.

Trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to Shopify or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

PMLEON uses technology provided by Shopify to offer the Services.

However, any purchase made through our store constitutes a transaction between the customer and PMLEON LLC, not between the customer and Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of PMLEON products and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for obligations arising from the sale of our products.

This section is intended to accurately describe the relationship between PMLEON, our customers, and Shopify.
